Long easy run, 2 km in I did a warm up. Ran from my dads so I ran down to the chedoke stairs doing a set and continued on to the james st stairs where I did another set and also did the dundern stairs on the way there. Then ran straight back.
Did 3 sets of 4 cardiac hills and then for the 13th hill I finished up at the bridge on the trail. My legs felt pretty good other then being sore towards the end.
