Really wasn't feeling it felt so slow and so tired managed to catch Louise up at spectator then mucked up control after. Was on my own for most of it also very very muddy.

Weather wasn't brilliant before I started also got lost to the start = you know it's gonna be a great run.
Started of okay slight hiccup to #1 more just trying to get my head around the map. Lost time to #5 as I caught up my 3 minute person this made me lose time to #6 aswell. Long leg had a good plan set off running however my knee started to throb slightly so slowed down a little by the time I reached the main hill towards my control all I could do was walk as my knee wasn't having any of it. Emma ended up catching me up at this point and started drifting away from the area of the control (I should have stayed focused) mucking up a little bit more near the control until I worked out what I'd done and sprinted to the control (realising that Emma was right behind me) kept ahead for a few more controls then my knee started playing up again and I slightly drifted to #10 as there was a stupid extra path.
Rest of the course went okay apart from nearly mp the last control. Lost around 8/9 minutes to mistakes and overall awful fitness due to knee.

Really wasn't looking forward to this I saw the climb and was thinking my knee is going to enjoy this and for most of the course it did.
Mucked up #1 as it was so hidden at the bottom of the hill. ~ lost 1 minute
Then didn't realise I could have taken a path route to #2 ~ lost 40 seconds
Mucked up #12 and slight mess to #13 but it hardly effected me.
Knee went after 13 heading to 14 heading up a hill so had to slow down a bit.

Nice little short green course okay run looking at the map beforehand I had already worked out my first 2 controls so just went for it at the beginning pretty much spiked them. Lost a bit of time to control 5 due to poor direction as I went down the wrong ride but quickly realised my mistake. Lost about 30 seconds to 6 as there was an unmarked ruin next to another ruin further down where my control was.
Lost 1 minute or so to number 7 don't really know what I was doing I was trying to find the veg boundary but ended up in some grotty stuff until realising I was in it the whole time. Rest of the course went smoothly just slow on the hills .Knee wasn't too much of a bother only a slight twinge on the hills feels fine now.

A very hilly area my fitness and knee forced me to walk for the first couple of controls mainly the hillier parts made a few silly mistakes which I could have easily avoided.But it was a nice area and very well mapped I just wish I could have done a longer course because my endurance is much better then my speed at the moment but my dad forced me to do the green course.
