Supposed to have walked it but instead jogged.Knee felt alright until control 8 where I had to walk a bit wasn't really focused on speed at all and kinda regretting running now.

My knee is starting to feel a bit better I can walk on it now for at least 5 minutes without a stabbing pain. Been icing and resting a lot tried a bit of cycling which feels okay.

Result time - 1hr 30 sec
Was going well with a few hesitant mistakes until control 7 got to control no flag just a bit of tape and saw loads of people around so went in circles for a bit until I decided it's not there. Ran to 8 spiked it then on my way to 9 I saw my dad who said the control was there but in the wrong place so I went back to go find the control took me a while to find a control that was in the wrong place but got it in the end it only took me 17 minutes. Rest of the course was ok nearly died climbing up a lethal hill.
