Went for a run with my sister to do some last minute Christmas shopping had to keep running back for her.

Run back from the shops I decided my sister could make her own way back after she said she would walk the rest of the way I was slow due to the bag on my back falling off and weighing me down.

Good run apart from making a few mistakes at the beginning ended up third behind Helen and Pippa.

ASO/BOK event around Blaise Castle
Blue 8km 280m
There was only one word to describe this course
PAIN
This course was very painful.
There was 28 controls and I had already messed up on #2 and 3 which set me off the a great start.once I got to #12 after running down a hill I had to run straight back up it for #13 and then back down and up for #14 just to go back down again for #16 then up again for 17 before going down and up for 21 and back down for 22 my legs by then were slowly dying.

Very cold and as I got there late had no time to warm up so didn't have any feeling in my fingers until the final lap.

Western night league
60 minute score event
It was very hilly and dark I was also worried that my headtorch might break as I was trying it with a new battery.
