Wasn't entirely planning to run today but Jason was going...a little too soon after lunch but nice to get out even if the weather is blah and light is meager. I will miss the Swedish green winter woods the next two weeks...off to the brown winters of PA, but there is more light and it is warmer so ....reasonable tradeoff.

COLD....so Robert decided we should do resistance band tandem uphill training...I will feel this later in the week.

Went to Liseberg with Malin after work. Perfect timing, as wel got a light dusting of snow during the day so it was extra magical. And on top of everything, I won at the candy wheel - massive box of Anthon Berg. Wow! Lucky to have friends to share this with!
