Morning hotel workout before the claimed 'best hotel breakfast in Norway' - they were not wrong...a coffee barista, a juice barista, tons of salmon variations, local yogurts, main for you pancakes (plain or whole grain) omelets, poached, scrambled, any other way you like eggs, etc. etc.
I was prudent but probably should have done more...but we had to be at a meeting at 8:30 and gym opened at 7, so my time distribution was challenged....
