Note

3 hours of disc golf - a 3 x 18 hole adventure. The course is in Slottskogen, managed by our friend Bosse. The first round was just playing the holes normally. Managed to get par for all the holes save 3 :-(

The second round was a 'putt' only. There were specially place stakes for each of the holes from which we were to putt. The course is in the forest, so there are a lot of tree obstacles. Jason managed better than I, but I did make a really nice putt between two trees :-) Probably the highlight of the day.

Last round was the 'hole in one' round. You had three chances at each hole to just attempt a hole in one. Came close on a few, but a few are too long for me to get even close. I simply don't have the strength/technique.

Beautiful day out in the sun. I am sure my shoulders are going to be sore tomorrow.

Shoe problems today...thinner socks because the weather was so nice...but that meant rubbing on the heal and eventually a blood-blister. So managed the majority of the run, but had to stop a little early when it just got too uncomfortable. Some nice hills in the beginning!!

Otherwise a wonderful day - perfect spring weather. Nice and quiet in the forest. Lovely.

Beautiful day - first really properly 'spring' day for running. Sunshine and blue sky. Just wish my body felt physically as nice as the weather - still dealing with the remnants of this bug from Barcelona/traveling. Work stress seems to be playing a part as well. Not especially fun times right now, but things should be getting better (though not calmer) soon. Sigh....
