Felt pretty good today...guess it helps to hit the pool mad sometimes. The whirlpool is always incentive as well. Had to get the kinks out from West Point.

Lost 6 minutes at the blasted 1st control because I apparently cannot read. Chalk that one up to experience. Mistake at #6 otherwise not bad (excluding #1 of course). Not loving the run down to the last control.
