Nashua from groton, with rod to start, then a couple of c2's and Steve, then added Adam. Lost the c2's after about and hour and a half and Rod after about 2:15. Felt good most of the way, but my hip started stiffening up after about 2:20

Canoeing (C1 flatwater) 1:39:00 [3] 9.65 mi (10:16 / mi)
ahr:140 max:151

Sudbury river from Egg Rock. Up to 117 and back again. Only really ice in Fairhaven Bay, which I had to go round to get into the bay. Felt ok going up, died after going back under rt2. Guess my body really isn't quite ready for 2 days in a row. Need to get it there, pronto!
Left arm wasn't extending properly at the end, perhaps related to shoulder/neck issue. Probably should get better at stretching/rolling it. Perhaps go see someone for a massage to see if they can free it up

Canoeing (C1 flatwater) 2:26:00 [3] 12.35 mi (11:49 / mi)
ahr:135 max:161

Charles from Dedham "tree trucks". Up to the dam, down past the put in and through the little cut, back to the start. More water than there has been for a while, which was nice. What wasn't was the tree that I hit and cracked my boat. Nearly went for a swim too...... Rod and seth also out in c1's. Dave and kevin in c2
