Running leg of Tully Lake Triathlon. Didn't feel fast or smooth, and ended up taking 2 1/2 minutes longer than 2 years ago. Not really surprising given the total lack of training......
We ended up first team again (third year in a row) but were beaten by an ironman (by 12 seconds). He ran by me like I was standing still......
