I ran the chase, final day of Bohemia Cup and actually did quite well . Ipicked up my pace at the end and passed 1 competitor in my category on the course I made 1 2 min mistake.
I had a missed my start for the second day of Bohemia Cup; this had thrown my mindset off for the first control and although I was feeling more energetic today it had let me to run faster which had resulted in me making more mistakes in my map and after making a mistake on the first control, more mistakes had accumulated on the following controls.
I ran the first day of Bohemia Cup which was the long. I was feeling tired as I didn't get much sleep the previous 2 nights and ran the second half way slower than the first I just started to feel really tired.
I ran the middle distance course in the H18 E category and didn't make any big mistakes but lost a bit of time looking for a control at the bottom of a cliff when it was on top.
I ran the sprint race for JWOC Tour and was having a descent race but got caught in a trap once halfway through the race and then got flustered and punched a wrong control after.
