I ran to my old school and past it to Edworthy Park and back home. Started with an intensity of about 3-4 a pretty fast warm-up, then accelerated to about a 4 and slowed down to a 3 and then a 2 for a cool down.
I climbed and mainly worked out with my team at Chinook.
