Run warm up/down 25:00 [1]
the usual, would haveliked to have gotten a bit more in
Run race 2:48 [5]0.8 km (3:30 / km)
not really happy, but not disapointed. 3rd. felt like i had dead legs. passed a girl with ~200 m left, but she ended up passing me back. dang.
school won the overall title as well as the girls title:)
Swimming 30:00 [3]
swimming for one hour at the complex with tbolts coach.
did a ton of legs today. first did 300m of alternating between breast stroke and catchup freestyle. then did the side swimming thing, and adding in stages. first arm on hip, then arm straight up, adding in 3 strokes. also went 4 50s jsut kicking, first 25 steady, other 25 hard, then one of the same on our backs. went down to 3, then 2. also counted our strokes across the 25 and started out at 20, got it down to 14.
need to still concentrate on keeping head relaxed

Wednesday May 21

Run warm up/down 30:00 [1]
with krista. legs felt stiffish, was nice and warm at the start. the usual strides, kareoke, arm swings, butt kicks. some stretching.
Run race 6:00 [5]1.5 km (4:00 / km) vdot: 44.4
ahahahhaha. so looking at my time, it looks like i woulda sucked. but i came second. yea. wtf. i felt really strong running. i started off near the back and was like oh youre running slow, and passed, all the way up till 3rd, behind kim. i stayed behind her for a while, but i think i should have gone by. oh well. we were 10m? behind 1st, and i passed kim in the last 300m. didnt end up catching up to 1st, but put in a sizable lead. so whoohoo 2nd.
Basketball 40:00 [3]
everyone was laughing at me from the bench because i looked so tired. made a few nice moves, everyone telling me to quit skiing. wow. won 40-41. intense. was mostly guarding cooper.
oh and we prob arent going to halifax because 2 girls cant afford it. :'(
