My 33rd park Run was in a time of 31:41, I came 71/120, 28th female out of 56, 2nd in my age group out of 4.

Dropped the car off for its service tomorrow at North Bendigo and started to walk home, 2k was all I could manage as my knee was too painful. Did a upper body workout once I was home.
