Well my ankle turns out to be sprained so I can't run cross country tomorrow and I have to take it really easy for a few days. I'm sure it will be better next week.

Twisted ankle from Calero, its not too bad, but I'm taking it easy for my cross country race on Wednesday. Coaches didn't want me running today.

Really good course, I didn't make any big mistakes, I just went slow and focused on the map. I was a little high going to number 7 and became concerned that I was in the wrong reentrent, but after going down hill a little ways I found it
