Basically the the whole thing was up and down, really steep hills.

Note

Raced against freshman and sophomore girls and boys and came in 13th out of the girls. It was really hot and hilly, but a pretty good run. Same run next Saturday. (Note to self: drink more water!)

I don't really know the time and distance exactly, but we did hill interval training (sprints). Our track is still being built, but I think it was about the same length (with a hill.) 1 minute breaks between laps.
