Went up to Dog Mountain with Franz and sadly no dogs as it was too hot! Reasonably good views despite the back again haze over the city. I forgot to turn my watch off at the top while we took in the views of the city and mountain ranges so it's total time from car to car haha

Rewarded ourselves with nachos and ice cream in Deep Cove mmmm

Orienteering (WET) 37:48 intensity: (29 @0) + (4:31 @1) + (8:48 @2) + (15:02 @3) + (8:31 @4) + (27 @5) 2.35 km (16:06 / km) +70m 14:00 / km

Enjoyable WET in an always picturesque location :D Only did three outta four loops on the Elite (missed the long run along trails) as I was feeling quite sleepy and a wee bit hungry after my late night/ early morning combo.

Collected the controls on the pretty rocky outcrop, snagged a picture of the lovely Alex P for the insta, and then we took a dip in the ocean as the sun set - ah summer still lingering.

So Emily, Oscar, Ian, Rachel, and I went to a thing... a thing so terrible it will forever live on as the funniest worst thing I have ever seen. I have never lost it so hard as an audience member and been in such good company - oh man! One of my favourite parts was when Ian walked out - PRICELESS!

It was as though a terrible high school play were given a production budget. As Emily said "an unexpected comedy!" And for those keeping score at home:

Amateur Star Wars Themed Burlesque > Nomadic Tempest
