Really enjoyable skate ski down Holy Cow, Pony Loop, Holy Cow again, Moose Tracks, & Whiskey Jack. It was quite a bit colder than the day before and a fair amount of snow was coming down, slowing down movement on otherwise nicely groomed tracks.

Holy Cow was a blast! The downhill the day before meant I tackled the hills with much much more gusto and skill than previously :D Would have loved to have had the energy/better conditions to make a second long lap more feasible.

Quads were quite dead from the downhill yesterday haha

Sun Peaks - Downhill

Great day of downhill with Alison and Rachel F. I haven't gone since ~grade 12 so it was really nice to go up with great coaching from Alison, and encouragement from Rachel F! Beautiful blue bird day, great views, really good snow. and just lots of fun :D

Climbing (Indoor) 25:00 [3]
shoes: Evolve (RC Shoes)

Went to The Edge with Sébastien from work which was a bit funny because we'd never really hung out beyond chatting at work and now I was trusting him to catch me haha worked out all right :)

The numbering system felt odd and everything 6 and under was just handle holds so I mainly climbed 7s, 8s, & 9s... whatever that really equates to lol

@ the gym for ~ 2 hours

Note

BC Provincial Election - May 9th

To vote NDP or Green is the question I face this year. The NDP are strongly supportive of social services and investing in education and the Green Party is headed by an environmental hero of mine Andrew Weaver but sadly the candidate for my area is a young early twentysomething...

The Liberals can just F-Off! Note for those reading outta province or country the BC Liberals and the Federal Liberals don't line up and really the BC Liberals should change their name they are essentially conservatives. There isn't currently a conservative party in BC haha

Ultimately, I may have to vote strategically... again grumbles
