Back at the walk runs!!! Did it in Massey's as it is relatively flat but still enjoyable enough that I'm not thinking about my hip. Wasn't sore during, tight after and very tight the next morning but did lots of stretching and rolling. Hoping to do it again in a couple of days. Crawled for fear of overdoing it, but probably didn't need to worry about that judging by my pace

Went up to Massey's, up the trail we normally run up and across to Cruagh. Back along the road to the Hellfire entrance to Massey's and cycled around Massey's before heading home. Underestimated how tough those stiles would be with the bike, or else I'm just incredibly weak, probably a combination of both.
