unplanned rest day, very tired after the travel home.
Still, good training camp, got 3 weeks of: 5 runs, 5 runs, 3 runs, including 6 sessions and 2 long runs.
Just got to get this week right, and we'll be looking good I hope.
Also, another month close to 100km, we'll see at the end of this week, but won't be a focus.
