JHI Mountain Running
Was such a sunny day!!! Legs felt quite dead on the steep part of the uphill, but then smashed the descent (as per usual, they don't call me a downhill specialist for nothing x)
The downhill on the road was a bit bleak though, feet felt like they were burning afterwards
Happy to be 2nd Irish and not too far down on Aoife :)))
Not sure I'll ever be able to walk down stairs again but here we are
