But then abbie wasn’t running, so she came crawling back to me & now I’m the star cos I saved the day & we got team bronze so we’re onto the all Ireland’s.

Went up to kilmashogue to do some bike hill reps, but legs were tired from yday, so went up near the car park and just cycled home.
