In the 8+ bow. Towards the end of the session starting to feel like my old self, no weird back today!! So, so much ice out, 1cm thick in places which was super cool!
Was just going to go out in the launch but instead rowed in bow :) Only a few back rolling episodes. Needing to work on keeping blade in for the whole stroke, but meant I was bringing shoulder through super high. Also still havent quite figured out the drive timing but getting bettter

4*15min erg. Lots of front stops builds, tried to feel relaxed during the drive but meant I was a bit floppy at the back.
Meant to be 3*25mins. 5mins r18, 5mins r22. Some parts stroke felt good, others really not good. 5mins into the third piece stopped as too tired to make changes. Went in tank and felt normal :)
Meant to be 90mins but was feeling a bit rough so left it at 60'

3*25mins. 1st and 3rd r18, with 2nd 4mins r20 and 1min light. Back wasn't sore but wasn't doing good things, sorted it put in the third one. Just need to suspend more round the front.
