5k at Boston for 2nd day of GB trials. Rowing awfully but did the best I could for Larkin, pretty choppy conditions and caught a fair few crabs along the way :(. Only 4secs off another cambridge pair and they seemed to be rowing well so not an awful show. Now this weekend is out of the way i can just focus on imprving without the pressure of having to race/test. So tired.

2k at GB trials. Knew from the offset it wasn't going to be fast but had to do it. Went as well as I'd hoped. Technique has just totally gone and I know exactly how I need to change/how i should be erging but finding it very difficult to change. Am opening body too early so legs stop going down and pause. So frustrating have been finding it hard the past few weeks, but having to make the best of the situation!

500m max (8mins) 1k on pace. Actually awful, nothing about rowing is feeling natural atm which is so so frustrating. Technique has gone to pot so rate is impossible, 2k on Saturday is not going to be fun. 1.50.0 and 1.53.8
