2*2mins off the start, actually thought I was gonna die. Once we hit r38 felt a lot calmer and able to row well, but over that in first 30 secs just felt really scrappy especially in the first piece.

In 4-, paddle plus 2*2' starts. Felt like Im actually starting to row well at rate. Tight upper back also not an issue, loosened off pecs which may have helped.
