Adventure on the new wheels. Past Burbage and round the roads there, may have had to stop twice on one of the huge hills....but apart from that felt a breeze to cycle compared to other bike :)
5*12 mins (80secs). In the gym in Sheffield-actually had proper ergs which was amazing. Amused myself by people watching :) Heart rate monitor playing up, said hr was 70 which it definitely wasn't, but average 150 I should imagine.
