So so windy today-reach had waves! Meant it was a pretty tough outing and did a bridge to bridge too plus loads of starts. plus I enjoyed the physics exam so was in a good mood, feeling good :)

Note

Was postponing long run until today instead of yesterday to reduce revision procrastination by only doing one session a day...but legs feeling pretty dead, as well as rest of body so think I'll just do some core instead to try and let myself get back to normal.
