Pretty non-stop today with a lot of focused steady state. Sparred with W2 and threw in some other pieces.
3*10 mins (9mins) r26. (Meant to be 10mins but forgot about the fancy interval setting :/) Guideline +6-8secs on your 2k time which would give me 2.02-2.04, but that felt way too relaxed, so aimed high :) 1.58.2, 1.57.6, 1.57.8.
2*6k. 2.11.3 and 2.11.1. Felt good and pretty sure heart rate was still within UT2 zone so still not pushing too hard.

Subbing into W2 on stroke side which was an interesting experience. Luckily they weren't rating that high in starts so could keep up. Left elbow painful to start but fine once going, which was a bit odd.
