In 4- thinking about keeping it loose at the front and really accelerating the legs, felt much better but did mean I didn't feel like I was working, hr backs this up.

After meltdown on erg last night was on bike today with breaks every 22.5mins to get on erg and work on tech for 5/10mins at a time. Didn't pick up handle just worked on figuring out which muscles to engage on the recovery.

Note

Telemetry lookover with Paddy. As expected it was pretty awful especially compared to last year. Although i know exactly what I need to change and it will come just have to give it time.
