From Hanakapi'ai "beach" (all rocks), back to the car at Ha'ena beach on the Kalalau trail and the beach. Left Achilles was OK with running.

Hike (walk) from Ha'ena beach to Ke'e beach and onto the Kalalau trail. Rough trail which really starting hurting my left Achilles.

at Menotomy Rocks. Some snow and mud, the shoes worked fine, but I didn't have my glasses, and tripped on the way to 2, resulting in a mud covered and ripped map, so some legs were a bit hesitant as I tried to hold the 2 map halves together.
