Got out early to meet Chris and the Trail Animals. Good to see Chris Haley again. About a dozen Animals showed up. Some beginners, and some Ultra guys (Chris-Western States, other Chris- Superior 100 last weekend,) Nice to run and talk and meet new people.

NOD. Trying to stay in zone 3 , but decided some T pace on the trails would be OK. Woods fairly thick. No misses, but several times I did not see the control until I was 5 meters away.
Forgot to warm up the GPS, so it did not start recording for awhile, and then it made me answer the 3 questions before resuming it's satellite search.

Drove to Farm Pond in Sherborn, so we (Jude, Hill and I) could ride the outer parts of the 62 mile route, while riding only 32 miles through Millis, Holliston and Hopkinton.

Skyline course 1.
Always more humid this time of year than you might think. Shirt, shorts and me totally soaked at the end.
Still not in shape for the Skyline. The only way to train for this, is run it, over and over.
