Moving to deadlifts after reading quite a lot about heavy weights strengthening glutes and quads. Not sure if 60 is enough, but it's the most weight the bar holds. Need to consult with guru (Hillary).

Today WOULD have been the 49th Traverse (aka Blue Hills Traverse, but it has not always been in the Blue Hills, so...). I will miss seeing everyone, new and old faces.
