Avoid technical issues with the map board

Rank in the race: 6th

Another day and another miss opportunity, I knew I should not change to the A3 map board, but I did! After control 1 it fell and then I had to deal with its shit for the rest of the race, so pity! Because my navigation went well. And the only issues I had was due to the technical thing. Also, picked a sub optimal route choice to 9.

 Avoid brain fades

4 splits I was second
5 splits I was 3rd

This sprint was a miss opportunity, I have had a lot of good splits in this sprint, however I have made one big navigation mistake in control #11 and I took a sub optimal route choice to #10, it was a bit disappointing that this has happened. However, the speed was good despite me doing extra 2km over the winner which could have been easily avoided. Focus, focus and Focus please!

Things to improve

• No tolerance to become disoriented in a race

Rank in the race: Mis punched

1 split I was first
1 split I was 2nd
5 splits I was 3rd

Some good splits in this race, however it did not feel smooth from the beginning, and then I mocked-up control #19 totally and become disorientated. Apparently miss punched 7.
I am taking the good splits and learning from the bad ones… maybe?

Things to improve

 Map reading and map memorising

Rank in the race: 4th with missing a podium by a whisker!

4 splits I was second 2
3 splits I was 3rd

This by far was my best race of the weekend, I was so close to beat MRS but made a suboptimal route choice to 20 which cost me the podium, this will not happen again! Overall very happy with that race, and I think the speed was good even though Peter Swanson was smashing us all, so more fitness please for next year.

The speed was good but not enough, also I may need to be more aggressive in the singles and in general during the race.
