As always the truth is in the details or in our case the splits...(-; I was pretty happy with my middle distance race (as I was in fact leading the race until control 6).. unfortunately some hesitations in the second part of the race and one big mistake in the second last control cost me the 1st place.. today in the long I simply did not have the strength in my legs. Overall, the last 2 weeks including QLD were quite successful now long time till October to train!

Well, today i got my chance and I wasted it! I am very keen to look on the splits, but I know I was head to head with ED (with leading the first part of the race) a big mistake in the second last control (6 min) and some hesitations in CP9 (3-4 min) caused this 10 min time gap. Summary to follow...

Had the day off with Ella, so we went to the Greeway to test my air quality sensor mounted on the pram (some research project task I wanted to do for a while). It was lovely walk even though it is cold these days in Sydney.
