So tired after full two days of teaching, finally my weekend is starting and will end on Wednesday! Yay rest assure it will be well utilised!

Finally, I feel that the work at the gym is paying off... my watts are really good and my speed has improved a lot, Legs are strong, and I will peak right on time (by the end of August, September and October) all I need is now to keep doing FootO events and improve map reading skills...will be interesting!
