Long run on trails and roads from our accom in Kolmården. Stunning sunny morning with no wind. Massive runners high after previous two days of shit weather. Good to get on trails again and give the ankle a rest felt good and well rested.

Didn't race just tried to run easy. Ok run but I'm
losing time on route. Need to improve my execution of routes a bit. Good training.

Fresh snow in the forest made it a little different. More than just a dusting so was annoying. Area was nothing special. Freezing feet and fingers.

Tiomila area from 2010. Cruising along but missed one control 1-2min otherwise ok. But still not real confident at night on the longer vague legs.

Not feeling great today but battled through the session. Slower than last week and died on the third int. Still feeling real tired.

Long run late from home after Fel and I got our Tic shots. Arm is dead. But felt fine on the run. got around Hellas loop twice and then back via jarla and kärtorp loops. Nice evening, not too cold and no wind. Good to get a planned training out after yesterday.

Meant to do some hills today. But that plan got trashed. Came home from work and slept for 2 hours then thought I'd be better for int's. Nup. Still felt bloody tired. Just managed to get around 6km. Didn't feel better for it either. Need more sleep.
