shoes: 190s 2015

Tibro night, Masstart

Didn't get much of a warm up in so took it quite easy in the beginning and hung at the back. Thought it was quite smart to just stick behind Magnus Palm together with Egil.

We became a big group after the second butterfly. Avoided missing 21 with the others and got to it after Palm and a guy from PAN. We then missed 22 though, the toughest control of the course. Managed to punch it at the same time as the group though.

An interesting leg back to the finish. We all went left on the road. Attacked early up the long climb but was too tired to pull it off and was outsprinted in the end. I think it was the right tactic though. Held on to second place at least. Won a wooden spice rack! :)

10mila night training

Ran really well up to the map flip. Knew I was out in front with some lamps chasing me though and I lost my head. Total black out on #1 on the new map. Nailed the last two (bingo?) controls in the green areas while everyone else floundered around though. :)

Kålmårdskavlen

Foot feeling sore again this morning, and had trouble running fast on it during my warm up. Decided to take a painkiller just before the start, but not sure if it helped at all.

First half was really bad. Struggled physically and was not focused at all. A lot of small mistakes. Finally found some flow in the end in the nicer terrain, which was fun.

Really fun long training with the boys. Didn't know if I could even run at all but the foot held up ok.

Running 5:00 [3]
shoes: Nikes (sept 14)

Testing the foot out on the road. The days rest seemed to help a bit.

Foot really sore so could only manage to walk. Good investigation of the terrain though.
