Long group orienteering training on the Blodslitet map from this year. Slipped awkwardly on ice running to the start, so leg was sore for most of it. Got kinda tired in the middle but slogged through. A gel might have been an idea. Took my own route from all the others on the last long leg, which proved to be faster. Happy that I had the confidence to do that.

Fredrikstad (Norway) Training camp with GMOK. A last minute change in location which proved to be a great call. The area had somehow stayed snow free, while Gbg has had a fair bit.

Easy technical session. Pretty rusty and wasn't focusing on the important things.

Night O-tervals with the other guys.

Nice, tricky terrain. Was easy to get pushed around by the bushes. Map was a bit dodgy, but ok. Fun with the back and forth battles with others. Finally felt good in the body while orienteering. It's been a while...

Will remember this one.
