Test loop

Really tired (sickness), and went a bit too hard in the beginning. Walked a lot of the uphills and was pretty dead in the end. Satisfied with the time though and happy with how I pushed through.

The grass and blueberries are higher now, and it was noticeably slower in the mosse in the beginning. Still, I think I can break 35min before Italy.

Decided on a whim to run blodomloppet. Signed up on the spot for the 5k, then realised that it was a bit dumb, since we were running the same course as the 10k (2 laps) and only starting 45mins afterwards.

Felt a bit tired warming up and felt something in my throat. Ran behind Johan Levin for the first 2k but then dropped off. Struggled after that, no energy it seemed. The hill at around 4k was really tough, lost a lot there.

Had to swerve around people most of the way. It wasn't too bad until the last few hundred meters where I had to stop a few times.

Didn't have my watch and thought that I'd probably run 17:30 or so at the finish. Was happy to see the time later that evening. I think the shape is still there and that a much better race is in store under different circumstances. Feeling sick now, which explains the feeling during the race.
