Surte test course #2

Plan was to stay behind Hedman and simulate a straight leg. He was really fast in the beginning and I got a bit behind in places. I fought on though and felt a lot better after #5. Had no trouble hanging on after that. Took a different route to the last control and avoided missing it.

Sprintcup organizing

Completely exhausted after running around for several stressful hours. We cut it really tight with setting out the controls, but it seemed like everything went ok in the end.

Fun to watch the runners. Impressed with Doug's run. Good to see the best orienteer win there.

Forest intervals with GMOK

6 loops of around 4.5min. Went too fast on the first two and struggled on the third and fourth. The last ones went better despite some stomach issues.

Thought it was quite a tough loop. Was tired after a few days of fast running, so a bit of a mental battle. Great session though.
