Tibro Middle

Good today. Really tired in the body but pushed though fairly well. A couple small hooks and swerves, but that's all.

Tried to stay really calm again on the start line, and it worked. Ran my own race at a controlled pace throughout and it payed off.

I think I was 2nd of the guys that ran all 3 days, which is really cool.

Tibro Long

A good race, just too bad that I lost a few minutes (and 6 places) lost on the long leg to 14. Took a gamble on a straightish route choice through some green and got really caught up in it.

Super tired for this, quads quite sore from the night before. Took it quite easy from the start and ran my own race, which worked out since it was the trickiest part.

Really dissapointed. Felt super tired right from the start and got stressed and frustrated once guys started passing me. I really shouldn't have been though since I was still in a good position at the start of the butterfly. The first loop was ok, but I was on my own after that and made some mistakes on the second and third loops. Lots of small mistakes through the rest as well. It was at least fun to be leading a pack of guys at high speed in the end and nailing the last few controls.

GOF 10mila training

Mass start. Ran my own race from the start and managed to stay in the lead until 2. Went with Strand around on the trail to 3 and lost 30s. Nailed the next few though and had Hedis' back to 7. Decided to go my own way around the green though and proceeded to lose 2 min. Ran ok after that but with a few small mistakes in the end.

Was on my own for most of it and I'm happy with how confidently I ran throughout. Pretty good physically as well.

Opted for a little alternative warm up with Robban. I think it was actually better than just plodding around in circles.
