Decided to run Sävedalsloppet as a training race, ahead of, hopefully, another 10k in November. Went pretty badly though. Really heavy legs and stomach right from the start, and started too fast again. Was on my own after 1k, and was hurting from then on. Was a really tough mental battle, and I'm quite happy with how I pushed through the second half despite getting passed by 3 guys from 6k on. Finished with a good sprint to the line with another guy. It wasn't looking too good for me, but I managed to salvage a tie.
Could definitely feel the legs from the night training. The next one should feel a lot better than this...
