The plan was for a morning long run, but woke up feeling really low on energy still. Waited all day to see if I would feel better but never did. Finally went for a short evening run to see how my body would react.

Nice morning run.

The plan was a nice long session later in the day, but as the day wore on I started to not feel well. Throat started acting up again. Waited until it got dark and started to rain heavily and decided to get to bed early and go for a long morning run instead.

25Manna training. Was really hard to read the map tonight in the rain. Got out to the far end and felt that I had to finish the whole thing despite it being almost completely dark by then.

Quite sloppy orienteering in any case. Not moving too fast in the slippery woods but pushed on the trails.

Was looking forward to a new series of running tests tonight, but it ended up not being that great.

3x2km. On gravel road, small trails, and in the forest.

It was a lot of standing around waiting in the rain to start with. Started off with the small trails, but it was already dark by that point so it was hard to see where you were stepping and where the path went. Ended up missing a few turns and not really pushing all that hard. 7:22

Did the gravel test next. First km was ok (3:08) but ended up with stomach problems yet again on the second half. 6:35

Went to do the forest one, but it was too dark to see where to go so just jogged back. Should have just done regular intervals...
