17 people came out for the second winter session that I set. Wasn't sure what the conditions were going to be like, but it turned out to be the perfect temperature, and the woods were really nice to run through with the snow on the ground.

Felt great, ended up doing some faster pace stuff, after I decided that I really needed to go back to the car to get the camera to catch the beautiful woods. Tried to sprint ahead of the lead pack at times to get pictures of the train, but I failed to get a really good shot, got a nice video though. Kudos to Alex for leading the group for most of the training, and for setting a really good pace.

Tried to get the map and route up on the new doma, but I can't get it to work. Won't upload directly from quickroute, and can't seem to upload it as a jpeg either. :S Flickr it is, for now.

6 continuous hill loops at mooneys. Cold, windy, dark, and footing was bad, so wasn't too concerned with times. Enjoyed it anyways, fun running in the snow.

Really cold out again tonight so started off quite fast to get warm. Felt good though and just kept the legs ticking. Surprised that I was only at 16min at my usual 20min turnaround.

1,2,3,2,1 leg session on a hilly street loop Francis set out, 2min rest. Was very cold out and my lungs were a bit wheezy at times, not yet used to the low temps. By the end of training I was really cold, needed some food in me...

Quite happy with these paces considering the large amount of climb. Finished with a nice sprint on the last one chasing down Alex which helped drop off a few seconds.
