Did 3 repeats around a made up short ski sprint loop. I guess after the big melt yesterday, they groomed the trails, and now that everythings frozen over again, the ski trails are nicely groomed but rock hard and bumpy. So it's impossible to ski on but pretty good (a bit slippery and bumpy) to run on. So i did a owrkout that i will probably be doing on skis in a day or two. Did ~double the time in rest (4min).
