to hartwell.

It was a bad day to run outside while getting over an ankle injury. the sidewalks were really icy/bumpy.

read an old o-ringen map on the way out.

picked up the pace on the way back.

ankle is better, but it still hurts a bit to run on, and i dont want to aggrevate it more. will do an easy run tommorow.

ankle still hurts so i decided to try water running for the first time. It felt kinda weird cause your g oing really hard and only moving like 1/4m/s. Felt really heavy when i got out of the pool at the end.

did 5x4min. Even though i was trying to move my legs really quickly i never really felt like i was working very hard or was breathing very heavy, so i wouldnt say it was more than zone 3. will wear a my monitor if i go again.

back hurts this morning. probably from shoveling snow off the roof yesterday. Hopefully its better by tonight so i can do strength +soccer.

rolled my ankle a bit before half. had to sit out the rest of the game. hopefully i can run tommorow. I really need to get a wabble board and strengthen my ankles before the summer.
