started some intervals, but i felt horrible. was a bit stiff which wasn't so bad, but i felt really sick to my stomach. So i just did an easy run around after that.
jogged around and did some stretches, but my right knee is bothering me and its an easyish day anyways so i didnt do any more. ive also got a big hockey game tonight, so we'll se how that goes.

fun game. we won 4-1. They're goalie was really crazy, if any of us got near him after he made a save he would go crazy on us and try to start a brawl. :P

had a negative split on the way back, probably due to the wind.
wore my o-shoes cause of the snow and ice which was good, except i got some bad blisters on the balls of my feet. i also froze myself at the end cause all i was wearing were my o pants:S
