I guess i'll make this a rest day, although i hardly rested. Between shoveling and pushing a half dozen cars out, i am dead...

unfortunatly the track wasnt open, so decided to run on the treadmills :S twas ok, but there wasnt really anything interesting on the tv's, and 15min in, the fire alarm went off. The intervals were really hard because you couldnt change your pace at all.

horrible day to run outside, started out on the canal but it was extremely icy with huge puddles. So went over to mooneys bay hill, hoping that with all the tabboganers on there it would be ok to run on. it was fine for the most part except in some parts you would sink through a half foot or so.

did the continuous interval loop on the hill. couldn't go very hard because of the conditions.
