Thought I would cut it to 90 minutes but wasn't paying attention when the group took a turn south on the 18 so was sucked into running much longer. Felt good in the legs though, surprisingly.
Pretty unfocused in the beginning and lost a few minutes on the long leg getting stuck trying to cross a stream (bad routechoice). Then lost 3 or 4 minutes on a control in the butterfly. Sloppy. Otherwise pretty good and
pushed hard. A lot of room for improvement fitness wise...
Felt good in the beginning and got sucked into running with the lead group. Then the lactate hit me on the uphills on the third and fourth and I was toast. Pushed on until the end at least.
