Tough race. Pretty chilly out, neglected to warm-up at all and nearly missed my change-over. So was wheezing like crazy the first few kms trying to chase a young whippersnapper from Markbygdens.

Beautiful esker terrain, but quite physical. Was often quite thick moss underfoot and really hilly.

5C, wind and heavy rain made for pretty tough conditions. Lots of fun though until it started to get cold on the hands.

Pretty poor orienteering on my part, and was just following on a lot of them. Felt pretty good in the body.

Pushed too hard in the beginning trying to hang onto some guys. Really tired after halfway and started making mistakes in the tricky terrain. Lost 4-5 minutes in the second half in the tricky terrain.
